International multicultural weddings
The first wedding I ever photographed was for a Ukrainian bride who got married to an English guy in Gateshead in 2000. Since then I have photographed Chinese weddings with 12 course banquets, gypsy weddings with all their traditions of dancing and extravagant clothing , weddings where both the bride and groom each came from different cultures or religions, such as a French groom and UK Sikh bride in Leicester, or a Hindu bride and and Irish Catholic groom in Southern Ireland, a Bedouin wedding in black tents in Jordan, a Muslim bride and a Hindu groom in Bradford, West Yorkshire, a Sikh bride with a English groom in Cyprus, an Ethiopian bride with a Ghanaian groom in London, a Gambia groom with an English bride in The Gambia, West Africa, a Bermudan bride with a Nigerian groom also in the Gambia, a Sierra Leonine bride with a Jamaican groom, again in The Gambia, a Canadian couple on top of a mountain in Iceland, a Punjabi couple in Norway, and English couple in a chateau in France, Somali weddings, and the list goes on, but don't want to bore you here!
